About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead Horizon Group’s brand, demand generation, and content strategy across our New Zealand and Australian markets. You’ll own our marketing calendar, manage a small team of specialists, and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

What we’re looking for

- Proven ability to lead and develop a small marketing team

- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms
- Demonstrated track record of demand generation and pipeline contribution
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
