- 2020: Pinnacle Tech Solutions founded by James Mitchell and Lisa Kim in Auckland.
- 2021: First enterprise client signed — a Warehouse Group integration project delivered on time and under budget.
- 2022: Team grew to 6; launched first SaaS product, PinPoint.
- 2023: Expanded to Wellington; PinPoint reaches 200 business customers.
- 2024: Raised Series A funding; team grew to 8 people.
- 2025: Opened new engineering hub in Christchurch.
